Nor-Ont Court Reporting Services Inc. was established in 1990 and is centrally located in downtown Sudbury. Our main goal is to provide a full-service experience and ensure everything you need is onsite. We have well-appointed boardrooms, free parking and able to conduct your discoveries in French and/or English. Our administrative support staff are able to assist in any circumstance.

Our court reporting services cover all of your legal and general reporting needs, including court proceedings, hearings, depositions, arbitrations, general meetings, videographer services, video conferencing anywhere in both English and French.
Boardroom Rentals
Are you looking for professional boardrooms and break-out rooms to host mediations, arbitrations or just meet with a client? We have a number of these rooms available for rent on a daily basis.
Video Conferencing
Nor-Ont offers video conferencing via Zoom, Goto Meeting and Webex. Our staff will perform a test call prior to the proceedings to ensure everything runs smoothly. Just let us know if you require video conferencing at the time of booking and we’ll arrange it for you. We also have a Zoom technician on staff to run mediations. If you just need a quiet atmosphere for video conferencing with tech support at your fingertips, we’re here for you.
Audio-Video Transcription
All your audio-video transcription needs covering almost all media formats with 30 years experience in the police transcription field. All transcriptions done in-house to ensure confidentiality and continuity: Interviews, dictation and voice memos, recorded calls, etcetera.
